- Routing input, survey, soil and water testing
- Earthworks, shaping, lakes and drainage
- USGA greens, tees, Capillary bunkers
- Grassing, grow-in and opening-day fleet

Turnkey golf course construction, design-and-build and renovation from the company behind 40+ Indian courses: earthworks, drainage, Rain Bird irrigation, greens, Capillary bunkers, grassing and the fleet to maintain it all.
SGDC was formed to be the integrated golf course development company India did not have: a builder with the construction, irrigation, turf and machinery expertise to take a course from concept to completion under one contract. Championship courses, resort and residential township courses, nine-hole and executive layouts, driving ranges, and phased renovations of courses already in play.

Every SGDC project runs the same way, whether it is an 18-hole championship course or a bunker renovation on a course that stays open.

Site walk, survey, soil and water testing, routing input and a phased budget before any earth moves.

Bulk earthworks, feature shaping, lakes and the surface drainage that gravity gives for free.

Greens, bunker and fairway drainage, then a Rain Bird system with IC rotors and CirrusPRO central control.

USGA-specification greens, engineered tees and Capillary bunkers that drain 100 inches an hour.

Hybrid bermudagrass or seashore paspalum, sprigged or sodded, grown in by the team that will hand it over.

Jacobsen mowers, E-Z-GO carts, Cushman vehicles and a reel grinding workshop, delivered and serviced by SGDC.
Each service stands alone. Together they are why owners keep one number for the whole course.

13Lidder Valley Golf ClubAn 18-hole course built to international standards typically costs tens of crores of rupees excluding land, and a championship course with heavy earthworks, lakes, cart paths and full central-control irrigation can cost considerably more. Earthworks, irrigation, drainage, greens specification, grassing and the maintenance fleet decide where a project lands. SGDC provides a phased estimate from your site data.
Construction of an 18-hole course usually takes 18 to 30 months from design approval to opening, depending on earthworks, the monsoon window and grow-in. Nine holes can open while the second nine is built.
SGDC offers turnkey design-and-build and also constructs courses designed by independent golf course architects. The team covers routing input, shaping, drainage, irrigation design, greens construction, grassing, grow-in and the maintenance fleet.
More than 40 delivered projects including Qutab Golf Course, Dwarka Golf Course, Pacific Golf Estate, Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort, Delhi Golf Club, Bombay Presidency Golf Club, Kashmir Golf Club, Boulder Hills Golf Club, ITC Classic Golf Course, Thenzwal Golf Club, Mayfair Golf Course, East Point Golf Club and Lidder Valley Golf Club.
